OUR PASTORS
Lead Pastors, Leigh and Marti Ballinger, have a passion for Jesus, they love to see Him exalted and made known where ever they go. Leigh is the son of Bruce Ballinger, writer, composer and musician that has had music played all over the church world. Most famous for his song, “We have come into this house”. Leigh and Marti have been married and traveling all over the United States as revivalist and found a home at Encounter Church 2018. As God orchestrated them into position, they transitioned from the vision team to co-pastors to lead pastors.
Leigh and Marti have been called the "Confetti Pastors" by many that know their ministry. They walk in a supernatural JOY of the Lord and many times, confetti is a part of the service! Joy is a 3rd of the Kingdom of God!
Their heart is to see the body of Christ walk in the full authority and power, to see us reach the nations and the communities, transforming them with the power of the gospel message! TO TRULY SEE HIS KINGDOM COME TODAY, THROUGH US!

At Encounter Church Votaw we understand the importance of being connected as the Body of Christ. Our desire is that when you come here you will feel the love of a family every moment you are with us. We strive to create an atmosphere that is conducive to spiritual growth, where everyone can freely worship God.
The vision that God has given Pastor Leigh for the church brings us back to the basics of why Jesus came to the earth; to see the lost saved and advance the Kingdom of God. Also, to see the church restored back to the level of power and influence that we read about in the Book of Acts.
We are excited about where God is taking us and we are endeavoring to take God out of the confines of our mind and watch Him do exceedingly and abundantly above all that we can ask or think.
